After many attempts we finally managed to get a breakthrough in Italy.
The Sardinia based family owned oil company Saras purchased a laser docking system for two terminals with EMS equipment and traffic light displays instead of the normal DLD types.
The system was sold by Mr Cornelli from company Gaiani who is the MARIMATECH agent in Italy and who have done a great job during this project.
This installation is the first we have delivered with PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) hand helds instead of pagers.
A PDA solution will give the user more information due to a larger screen

The model Saras decided to go for is the Iroc with a colour screen.
Hammersfest, Norway.
In Norway they are finishing an LNG project named Snövitt (Snow-white) and for this large project MARIMATECH received an order together with Van De Graaf (which in the mean time has been renamed MACHINEFABRIEK L. STRAATMAN B.V.)
MARIMATECH delivered the mooring load monitoring system and later we hope to deliver the BAS and the EMS for it.
